Split System Installs
Split systems are a great solution to condition smaller spaces or if only a single room requires air conditioning. Multi split systems are also a great idea for applications where ducting is not possible. Multi systems can run up to five indoor units and only require the one outdoor unit. With only one outdoor unit, multi systems are perfect when space is limited in any commercial or residential application.
Maintenance / Regular Scheduled Services
It’s important to carry out regular services on your air conditioning system to ensure it maintains optimum performance.
Regular check-ups will ensure your systems life is prolonged as damaged parts can be costly fixes.
Air I Am offers regular scheduled maintenance contracts to commercial and industrial customers. These contracts are tailored to the scale of the equipment and customer needs.
We recommend residential systems have a maintenance carried out annually.
Ventilation / Mechanical Ventilation
Air I Am offers regular scheduled maintenance for commercial and industrial mechanical ventilation. With most commercial and industrial ventilation being used 24/7, some also used in fire applications. It’s important to carry out regular services.
We also look after smaller scale residential ventilation such as bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans.
